In march 2008 we visited calibishie lodges in Domenica and it was a dream come true. We stayed there for 14 days on the island in the lodges of Linda and Chris. It was beautiful!
The journey alone was unforgetable, we had to take three airplanes to get there but it all worked out fine.
Chris and Linda made us feel welcome from the moment we got there, they
gave us really good advice what to see on the island.
The island on itself was verry pretty and behind every corner lies a new
wonder. The many waterfalls, the beautiful birds, and so many more...
We had very good gides to tour us round the island: Jenna and Benjey!
They let us discover all the typical things of the Dominican life.
The locals were very beautiful and friendly people, they live in small
wooden houses but are happy with the smallest things.
They took really good care of us and hope to visit calibishie lodges
again, because we miss them allready!
